Browns defensive end Myles Garrett, who set an NFL record with 23 sacks during the 2025 season has been named the Associated Press Defensive Player Of The Year, picking up that award at the NFL Honors event Thursday night. This is 2nd DPOY award for Garrett.

Linebacker, Carson Schwesinger took home the A.P. Defensive Rookie Of The Year award at the Honors ceremony. The 2nd round pick out UCLA led all rookies in tackles with 146 and added 11 tackles for loss plus 2 interceptions.
