Browns Trade For A Quarterback
The Cleveland Browns and the Philadelphia Eagles are exchanging quarterbacks in a trade.
General manager Andrew Berry has agreed to trade QB- Dorian Thompson-Robinson and a 5th round pick to the Philadelphia Eagles for quarterback Kenny Pickett.
Pickett, a former 1st round pick by the Steelers in 2022, was dealt in March of 2024 by Pittsburgh to the Eagles and became Jalen Hurts back-up and picked up a Super Bowl ring this past season.
The 26 year old Picket is 15-10 in 25 career starts. He’s thrown for 4,765 yards with 15 touchdowns, 14 interceptions while also rushing for 5 TDs.
The trade can’t become official until 4 PM on Wednesday, March 12 when the new NFL year officially begins.
