Browns Upset Steelers
Shedeur Sanders threw a 28 yard touchdown pass to Canton McKinley graduate Harold Fannin Jr., Andre Szmyt added 2 field goals and the Browns defense kept the Steelers out of the end zone in a 13-6 win Sunday in Cleveland.
With the victory, the Browns improved to (4-12) on the year and snapped a 4 game losing streak.
Myles Garrett, with 22 sacks, was held sackless in the win, leaving him a half sack from tying the single-season record, and 1 sack away from breaking it. He’ll try and tie or set the record in the season finale at Cincinnati either Saturday or Sunday.
With the loss, Pittsburgh falls to (9–7) on the year and failed to clinch the division title and a playoff spot.
The Steelers will now host the Ravens in week 18 with the winner claiming the division crown and the last AFC playoff spot.
The season will end for the loser of that game.
