Bucks Crush Ducks In Rose Bowl 41-21

Ohio State advanced to the College Football Playoff Semifinals by destroying Oregon in the Rose Bowl 41-21.
Quarterback Will Howard threw for 319 yards and 3 touchdowns.
Freshman wide receiver Jeremiah Smith caught 7 of those passes for 187 yards and 2 scores and was named the Offensive MVP.
TreVeyon Henderson led the ground attack with 94 yards rushing and 2 td’s.
The the Buckeyes defense sacked Ducks quarterback, Dillon Gabriel 8 times, with linebacker Cody Simon leading the way with 2 sacks, 3 tackles for loss and 11 total tackles to earn Defensive MVP honors.
OSU will now play Texas in the CFP Semifinals in the Cotton Bowl on January 10th. The winner of that game advances to the National Title game on January 20th.
Ohio State’s win avenged the earlier season loss at Oregon 32-31 and improved the Bucks record to 12-2.
The Ducks season comes to an end at 13-1.
