Cavs Complete Sweep Of Heat
The Cavaliers annihilated the Miami Heat in Game #4 of their playoff series 138–83 to sweep the series and move onto the Eastern Conference semi-finals.
After trailing 3-2 in the opening minute of the game, Cleveland scored the next 13 points for a 15-3 lead and never looked back.
Cleveland’s biggest lead in the game was 60 points.
Donovan Mitchell led the way with 22 points, DeAndre Hunter added 19 points, Ty Jerome dropped in 18 points, Evan Mobley with 17 points and Jarrett Allen had a double/double with 14 points and 12 rebounds.
All-Star point guard Darius Garland missed his second straight playoff game with an injured big toe on his left foot. He was replaced in the starting lineup by Sam Merrill.
The Cavs now await the winner of the Milwaukee Bucks – Indiana Pacers series. Indy leads 3 games to 1 and has a chance to close out that series Tuesday night at Indy.
