• 76ers @ Knicks: New York raises its 2025-26 NBA Championship banner and begins its title defense as LeBron James and Jaylen Brown make their Philadelphia debuts – 7pm

• Thunder @ Spurs: 2026 Western Conference Finals rematch – 9:30pm

ESPN will begin its 2026-27 NBA regular-season game coverage with opening-week doubleheaders on Wednesday, Oct. 21 and Thursday, Oct. 22 as part of American Express Tip-Off 2026 (Link)
