Brian Rocchio’s 3-run, walk off home run in the bottom of the 10th inning lifted the Guardians to a 9-8 victory over the Rangers on the final day of the regular season, and for the second straight year, Cleveland claimed the Central Division Championship finishing 1 game ahead of the Detroit Tigers at 88-74.

With the win, Cleveland not only won the Division Title, they also grabbed home-field advantage for all 3 games in the Wildcard Series against the Tigers.
