The 74th NBA All-Star Game will take place on Sunday, Feb. 16 at 8 p.m. ET at Chase Center, airing on TNT in the United States and reaching fans in more than 200 countries and territories in more than 50 languages.

This marks the sixth NBA All-Star selection (2020-2025) for Mitchell in his career, including his second time being selected as a starter (2023, 2025). Mitchell joins LeBron James (10 times) and Kyrie Irving (two times) as the third Cavaliers player in franchise history to be selected as an All-Star Game starter on multiple occasions.

In 41 games (all starts) this season, Mitchell (6-3, 215) is averaging a team-high 23.2 points (22nd-best in NBA), including a career-best .396 3FG%, 4.5 rebounds, 4.5 assists and 1.39 steals (23rd in NBA) in 31.2 minutes, helping lead Cleveland to the best record in the Eastern Conference (36-7). It was his first career game-winning shot with less than a second remaining and helped him win the Eastern Conference Player of the Week honor for games played from October 28th to November 3rd. In a win in Philadelphia on November 13th, Mitchell recorded 23 points, a career-high tying 13 rebounds, a team-high nine assists and two steals in 34 minutes, placing him as only the fourth player in Cavs history to record those numbers in a single game (LeBron James, Campy Russell, and Ricky Rubio). During the Cavaliers win over Boston on December 1st, Mitchell recorded 35 points, including 6-11 (.545) shooting from the three-point line, seven rebounds, three assists, two steals and one block in 35 minutes. Mitchell scored 20 of his points in the fourth quarter alone on a perfect 6-6 shooting from the field, including 4-4 shooting from the 3-point line, helping the Cavs overcome a 12-point fourth quarter deficit to defeat the Celtics. With his fifth three-pointer of the game, Mitchell became the fastest player to reach 500 three-pointers in Cavaliers history. Adding to his list of achievements this season, Mitchell surpassed 12,000 career points on November 20th against New Orleans and made his 1,500th career three-pointer on December 30th at Golden State.

Since Mitchell joined the Cavaliers ahead of the 2022-23 season, Cleveland has posted a 114-50 (.695) record in games he has played in, which is the third-highest winning percentage by a Cavalier in team history (min. 100 games played).
