Jameis Winston threw 2 interceptions, Kadarius Toney fumbled a punt return and Dustin Hopkins struggles continued as he missed 2 more field goals in the 13 point loss.
Winston threw for 212 yards with 2 touchdown passes, 1 each to Jerry Jeudy and David Njoku.
Russell Wilson threw 2 touchdown passes and Chris Boswell added 2 field goals to lead the Steelers offense.
Cleveland sees its last place record in the AFC North record fall to 3–10, while the 1st place Steelers improved to 10-3.
The 10 losses this season means the Browns have now lost 10 or more games in a season for the 18th time in 26 seasons since returning to the NFL in 1999.
