The Purple Raiders trip to Houston was unsuccessful as they fell to North Central in the Division III Naitonal Title, 41-25.

Both Teams enetred the game at 14-0 and had previously met in the 2022 Naitonal Title Game. The game remained close with a 28-25 score heading into the fourth quate, but the  Raiders ran out of steam going scorelss in the fourth.  QB TJ Deshields threw for 314 yards and a pair of touchdowns.Senior RB Tyler Echeverry ran for 83 yards, including a 24-yard touchdown. The Raiders left points off the board on three trips to the redzone with a turnover on downs, clock experation, and a missed field goal.

The Purple Raiders have competed in the Stagg Bowl 15 of the past 19 seasons and 23 times altogether which is the most in NCAA Division III history.
