Pats Pound Browns 32-13

The New England Patriots used a 21 point third quarter to turn a close game into a rout, beating the Browns 32-13 in Foxborough, Massachusetts Sunday.

After Browns quarterback Dillon Gabriel threw an 18 yard first quarter touchdown pass to tight end Harold Fannin Jr. to give the Browns a 7-0 lead, New England scored the next 27 points and coasted to victory.

The Pats racked up 422 total yards of offense as quarterback Drake May led the way with 282 yards passing and 3 threw touchdowns.

For the Browns, Gabriel finished 21 of 35 for 156 yards with 2 touchdown tosses and 2 interceptions.

Fannin Jr., the former Canton McKinley grad, led the team in receptions with 6 for 62 yards and a touchdown, the 2nd of his NFL career.

Also In the loss,  Myles Garrett set a franchise record, sacking Drake May 5 times.

Cleveland is now (2-6) on the year as they head into their bye week. They’ll return to the field on November 9th against the Jets  in New York.
